Process Analyst – Process Development & Supplier Quality
Boutique Modern | United Kingdom
As a Process Analyst at Boutique Modern, a forward-thinking modular construction company, I played a critical role in developing operational processes and supporting supplier quality systems. My focus was on enhancing supply chain reliability, aligning vendor performance with product specifications, and driving process efficiency across manufacturing and construction workflows.
This role sat at the intersection of engineering, supply chain, and continuous improvement, where I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams—from design and technical to site operations, to help streamline production and supplier engagement strategies.
Company Overview
Innovating Construction through People and Processes.

I was proud to contribute to this culture through hands-on process development and supplier management initiatives that aligned with the company’s core values of quality, innovation, and people-first thinking.
